Booking, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy
Centre Montessori Alzheimer
Effective Date: February 26, 2026
1. Registration
Registration for any training, conference, or event is confirmed only when:
The registration form is completed.
Payment has been received (full or according to the selected payment plan).
2. Payment Terms
Fees must be paid according to the options available at the time of registration. For payment plans:
Payments must be made on scheduled dates.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of access to the training.
3. Price Modifications
Centre Montessori Alzheimer reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time without prior notice.
Any price changes will apply only to new registrations or future renewals and will not affect registrations that have already been confirmed and paid.
4. Participant Cancellation – In-Person Training
Cancellation between 14 and 30 days: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 14 days before the event: no refund.
No-show on the event date: no refund.
A transfer to a future session may be considered upon written request and subject to availability.
5. Online Training (Immediate Access)
No refunds will be issued once access has been provided.
In the event of significant technical issues preventing access, reasonable technical support or an equivalent solution will be provided.
6. Cancellation by Centre Montessori Alzheimer
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training due to:
Insufficient enrollment.
Force majeure.
Circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases:
A full refund will be issued.
OR
Priority registration for a future session will be offered.
We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation expenses.
7. Transfer of Registration
Registration may be transferred to another participant with written notice at least 7 days before the event.
8. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a training does not entitle the participant to a refund or credit.
